I get it, Wanda. When people ask me where I farm... I tell them I farm my data base (all the time). I suppose that's why 90% of my business is repeat and referral. Right now I have a home in contract that is a repeat client. I have another listing coming up that is a referral from a repeat client. I'm doing some analytic work to sell a home for a past client this spring. I'm working right now with buyers who are repeat clients.  Well, you get the picture.

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! as the saying goes "Out of Sight Out of Mind".  Even if a post card quickly finds its way into the circular file, the recipient still sees the name and a quick gimps of the message.  This is not the case with e-mails, many of the e-mails are not even opened.
