Just a quick introduction of myself. My name is John Harashinski, owner of On The Level Home Inspections. I am a NJ licensed and fully insured home inspector. I am located in Barnegat NJ. I primarily service the Ocean County area, although I will do inspections throughout the state. I am a 1 inspector company. I'm professional, but not corporate. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service to my clients. A home inspection should be more than just an assessment of the "sticks & bricks". It should also be an education!!
I am interested in opening some discussionsin regards to "listing inspections". I would greatly appreciate any input from agents on how I can help get a contract on your listing quicker. I am currently working with some local agents, and have been putting together a plan to do just that. If anyone reading this has any input, it would be appreciated.
Any input from this post would also be nice. Since I haven't ever written a blog. I will try to post more in the days to come.
