And if red faced hollering happens because your numbers don't match his expectations, just be polite. Smile sincerely, thank the seller for his time. Then back away slowly to go head out the door to do something worthwhile. 

Pretty important in the plane to not suddenly hear "low terrain pull up pull up pull up". No pilot wants to trigger the stall warning horn. Because the stakes are  too high just like a real estate sale when you really need to get from house A to house B.

Some people have no business flying or trying their hand at real estate listing sales.

To keep all the layers of players in line like air traffic control racked and stacked circling on a radar screen.

Can you imagine being behind the yoke of a King air twin engine plane and losing the pilot?
