Flying a plane and listing a property to sell.
Lots of similarities between learning to fly and success listing selling real estate.
For both you need experience before getting off the ground and returning to land safely.

Situational awareness with no distractions and all the preparation before you lift off and go up into the wild blue yonder.
Just like your flying coordinates, you need to know where your listing is situated in the current real estate market.
If your owner says "I don't have to sell but I would in a heart beat if I can get four, maybe five times it's fair market value".
There's a red flag to not ignore in real estate. Much like low fuel warning lights blinking on the dash of your Cessna 172 or flying something more exotic.

Kindly show the comparable value of a house listing like his in today's market.
And if red faced hollering happens because your numbers don't match his expectations, just be polite. Smile sincerely, thank the seller for his time. Then back away slowly to go head out the door to do something worthwhile.
Pretty important in the plane to not suddenly hear "low terrain pull up pull up pull up". No pilot wants to trigger the stall warning horn. Because the stakes are too high just like a real estate sale when you really need to get from house A to house B.

Some people have no business flying or trying their hand at real estate listing sales.
Both need experience, patience, careful study and dedication. There is not instant success.
Real estate agents, brokers like airplane pilots navigate the process.
Someone has to be involved to guide the flight or listing sale dance steps. To line it all up for the land, the closing. Keeping in mind, not missing a trick for everything that could possible happen before it does. To keep all the layers of players in line like air traffic control racked and stacked circling on a radar screen.
Can you imagine being behind the yoke of a King air twin engine plane and losing the pilot?
Being in the middle of a real estate property sale can feel as helpless when everything goes sideways. When you find yourself suddenly all alone and lose the trained pilot that knows what he is doing from past experience.
