I like that feeling if I'm in a sauna or a jacuzzi or in the arms of my Love but NOT if I just walk into a room and I don't expect a heat wave.
Lately Timmothy has been focused on a snowman entering his house and melting. The snowman's mother rolls into the house and she is MAD! So before she leaves the house she cranks up the thermostat and melts Joe, the guinea pigs owner.
It's probably a good thing that thermostats and furnaces don't work that fast. It's also a good thing we don't melt.
As a Realtor I rarely walked into a listing and thought I was going to melt BUT it does happen. My advice to Sellers is to keep your thermostat at 65 during the Winter and 70 in the Summer. In the Winter people touring homes are usually bundled up. If you have your thermostat set above 70 they are going to melt (and not for love of your house). If you have your thermostat set lower than 70 in the summer they are going to freeze.
On a nice Summer day there is nothing better than having your windows open and fresh air flowing through the house. Use common sense, don't melt them or freeze them.
