Friday Flags: The Prospect CT Town Hall

Driving through town there were trees waving with the gusts. As I started to reach the town center, I noticed the flags in front of the Prospect CT Town hall.

There was a lot of wind as I was driving, but once I stopped, it seemed to disappear.

The looked so good with the American flag and the POW flag against the blue sky. I needed to wait and see if I could get lucky.

After 15 minutes, this is the best I could get, and I am wondering if it really blew once I drove out of sight
