Sham, that is definitely a great practice. Here is another I have learned as I have gotten older. That is as life moves on we all have a certain amount of time on this earth. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. So what I do now, is to tell all of those who are important to me: how much I love them, appreciate them, and thank them for being part of my life. Do it now today, so you will not have regrets when they are gone.
