We all recall the USPS adage that "Neither snow nor rain, nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" (had to lookit up, forget abo.ut the heat part -LoL). During teh summer, I had a package delayed because tracking indocated that a dog was present.
Sure, I have a trained attack dog....a Pomeranian, all of 9 lbs!!! She never barks and is more inclined to lick than bite.
Recently, USPS and Amazon have been dreadful. I have been waiting three weeks for one package that is not moving through the Jacksonville postal facility; another stick in Houston for two weeks, and generally very slow delivery. Some orders were ebven cancled because USPS lost packages.
With modern software and scanning, this should never happen. Yet it happens more and more frequently. I asked a colleague from Jacksonville if there are problems in the USPS facilities nd he repled that there are always problems there. FIX them!!
Amazon has had fantastic delivery accuracy and times. Lately, it has been atrocious. Not to mention that these green companies send small items in large boxes, and other environmental misdeeds.
