I saw this the other day, and have to try it, and have all the ingredients, so probably this week. Sounds delicious to me!
Crockpot Steak Bites
- 2# sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Place sirloin steak cubes into the crockpot, spreading them out in an even layer. Try to keep the pieces roughly the same size so they cook evenly and become tender at the same time.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. As you stir, you’ll notice the sauce already smells rich and savory, with that deep umami flavor building.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the steak bites. Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then sprinkle in the black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. These seasonings add warmth and depth without overpowering the flavor.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low until the steak bites are fork-tender and infused with flavor As they cook, the meat slowly softens and absorbs the sauce, becoming incredibly juicy and rich.
Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and, touch of freshness.
