Kat Palmiotti is on the First Page!

Of the Active Rain Leaderboard that is.

I knew it would happen this year (2026) but it happened even earlier than I expected so I say:

To one of the BEST contributors to Active Rain.

Kat rules the state of Montana when it comes to the Active Rain Leaderboard and as of today she is one of the top 50 bloggers on the largest Real Estate blogging site in America.

She is in the position she is because of her hard work and dedication to help all of us to be better at what we do. No doubt Kat treats her clients the same way, to educate and make their lives better.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. You can follow Timmothy on FB as Titus & Philemon and you can also check him out on Instagram as Instagram.com/titus and philemon/ .For Timmothy's website type timmtimmothy.com into your browser. I tried to put it in a link here but it refuses to work. Do NOT put anything in front of timmtimmothy.com or it will not work.

Then she slowed a little and I thought I would catch her but POW she put it back into overdrive leaving me in the dust once again. I doubt I will catch up but I am looking to join her on the 1st page yet this year.

She has been here a long time which is another way to ride up that roster.
