Bite Into It!

In general I like things that have a unique taste, like biting into a jalapeno pepper. That being said I can not stand anything that has been pickled. Everything pickled tastes pickled.

One thing I liked about being an active Real Estate professional was that every transaction was unique. Thankfully most were sweet and not pickled. 😊

Every Real Estate professional is going to be involved in both sweet and sour transactions. It's good to experience both. The sweet ones you come away thinking that was fun and easy. The sour ones you go away thinking "what did I learn from this?

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. You can follow Timmothy on FB as Titus & Philemon and you can also check him out on Instagram as Instagram.com/titus and philemon/ .For Timmothy's website type timmtimmothy.com into your browser. I tried to put it in a link here but it refuses to work. Do NOT put anything in front of timmtimmothy.com or it will not work.

Hi Bob,
Yes, we all experience the sweet and sour of real estate. Fortunately, the sweet outweighs the pickled personalities.

Me too, Bob "RealMan" Timm. I may have to start using that more often. I think I just made it up, thanks to your post.
