Analyzing a Problem.

Titus is one smart guinea pig. Reasoning is a fairly advanced skill.

Timmothy's snowman which I pictured a while back is now in my backyard lake. We hit 50 today and when the snow melted it not only came from my front and backyard but also from some of my neighbors as well. It's night now but I tried to take a picture anyway.

Learning how to deal with Real Estate problems will benefit any/everyone involved in any aspect of the Real Estate process.

Right from the "get go" one needs to reason as to when to Buy or Sell and then how to proceed from there. The Buyer or Seller who finds an agent to help them with there needs has found GOLD when they find an agent who will walk the pathway before them with the reasoning needed to avoid the many pitfall that melt away the goal of home ownership or a home sale.

If you don't know what you don't know find a professional who does know before you end up as a puddle of emotions.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. You can follow Timmothy on FB as Titus & Philemon and you can also check him out on Instagram as Instagram.com/titus and philemon/ .For Timmothy's website type timmtimmothy.com into your browser. I tried to put it in a link here but it refuses to work. Do NOT put anything in front of timmtimmothy.com or it will not work.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - I love this cartoon and your message too. Who can guess the weather phenomenon going on in North Dakota now at this time of the year!

Enjoy the warmer weather!

It's been crazy Patricia Feager but I'm still not buying into Global Warming. Climate change yes, as it is always changing.

Bob "RealMan" Timm - I'm on the same page. Climate changes naturally and Global Warming is a word invented to mislead and confuse people, especially the generations below me.

Finding the right person to help with a real estate transaction is a must. And I'm sorry to hear your backyard is a lake - hope it doesn't keep growing in size!

I have my "trash pump" handy Kat Palmiotti just in case. I have used it before but these days I'm more confident in the grade of our yard. As long as rain is nor in the forecast we should be fine.

Good morning, Bob... it's always amazed me how many people who depend on professionals for major life decisions from taxes to estates to investments, think that they don't need a professional when they are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home.

Not just the ones who don't use a professional Nina Hollander, Broker but also the ones who complain about us getting paid for doing the work.

Bob "RealMan" Timm there are those, Bob. But I put most of the blame on the agents for this... agents do a very bad job of explaining their real value to their clients. I spend a lot of time explaining and showing my value and have never had someone complain.

Hi Bob,
You know the saying "We don't know what we don't know," and I think that's why people try to buy or sell a house by themselves. It seems easy enough until they find out what you don't know... and sometimes it's too late.

Good morning Bob. Many can understand and deal with a melting snowman. That said in the home buying process when emotions build and begin to melt the enthusiasm indecision usually follows. Don't melt the snowman, hire a professional. Enjoy your day and may the lake not rise.

Yup! I am prepared Wayne Martin as I have a pump that can handle that lake in less than an hour.
