It seems that even when walkability is high Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 people still don't walk to places, haha, at least in my area.

I'm not surprised with the numbers for bikes/bike lanes and walkability. We keep building bike lanes and taking away a commuting lane and very few are using the bike lanes! Whose going to bike to work or running errands in our heat on a bike???

Brian my wife use to have to commute to Harford for work everyday, and one of the big benefits of where we live was how close we are to a commuter log where she was able to take a bus in stead of fighting the traffic in her car.
