Game time food - Crab Stuffed Mushrooms for this super bowl

Ingredients:  20 each Large Mushrooms

2 eggs beaten

1 x Italian Dressing

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Onion, Minced

8 or Crab meat

3/4 c Breadcrumbs

1 ts Lemon Juice.

Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing; drain.  Combine crab meat, a half cup of Breadcrumbs, eggs, mayo, onion and lemon juice.  Fill mushrooms.  Top with remaining Breadcrumbs; bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
