If these guys are so great, why don't they do it for themselves?
A friend of mine lost her job at a law firm and we opened a business called "Affordable Family Law" and we help people get divorced- with kids- for $899. We employ no attorneys, but people get the same service. 99.6% of divorce cases settle, and ultimately, the couple must come to an agreement anyway. Whether they know it or not, ultimately, the couple will decide. There is very little need for a divorce attorney in a community property state, with a nobody's-at-fault rule in place.
Well, who could have guessed? It turns out that the divorce business sucks. I have migraine headaches every day. My clients hate me. Not all of them, but they resent me for the law that I did not write. "So he can just cheat on me and get away with it?!?"

I said all that to say this: I took the NMLS test and I am licensed again. But mortgage banking is boring stuff. In ActiveRain, I will continue writing posts about the important stuff: Getting More Clients. I'm not selling anything. I don't want to work optimizing websites- I do not want clients- except for mortgage clients. But as I did here many years ago, I will share what I know, and how I made Affordable Family Law rank 1st page on Google in about 2 weeks, with a brand new domain. It's pretty outrageous, but I think it's good information to share. Stay tuned! My first article will be:
"How I Landed On Page One in 2 weeks, with a Brand New Website and Domain."
Yes, I will bring receipts. Everything I write about will be factual. I don't have theories of optimizing for Google, I have tried and tested methods after doing this for about 25 years.
