This used to be at or near a mentally challeged rehabilitation center.  When Ronald Regan, governor of California get local hospital to handle themn this Agnew Mental Retardation Rehabilitation Center became in disarray. It was abandoned and in disuse for decades.

With San Francisco 49 claiming Levi Stadium as its home, we have the honor to host 2026 Superbowl Game this year.

Little have people to realize homes are built almost next to the Stadium.   I often wonder if it is a distraction live close to Levi Stadium?   As a realtor, I even thought people would stay away because of all that traffic and crowd noise.

This home across is 2300 sf detached home on a 3,500 sf tiny lot. 28 years young and does not even offer a drive way. Several homes face each other to get in and out.  At $849/sf gross living area is worth at least $2,000,000.00 these days.  Over the last 10 years like most homes in the area, it has appreciated +64%.  If you don't mind the cheering crowd, the monthly house payment is only $12,328 before hoa due.

Definitely the wrong time to get in and out for the weekend. For now we are ready to enjoy Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots play Super Bowl LX.

The big game right in your Santa Clara neighborhood. Maybe the homeowners will see a "Bad Bunny" hopping past their yards on Sunday. You never know?

Hmm, I could see pros and cons, but it would make it a lot easier to get to games as people could possibly walk instead of having to pay for parking and deal with crowds and traffic, haha.

Good morning, Sam... no way would I live near a stadium like this. We have the Nascar race track here in Concord just outside of Charlotte... I can tell you no one really wants to be living close to it when the races are on.

Many neighbors happened to live there before they built the stadium.  I personally know a fellow who bought land there really cheap when the hospitality  project was abandoned.  Today those live there are high tech workers.

Hello Sam and maybe people there could rent out their home for the Super Bowl week and make some good money.

Sam, bet it will be a bit noisy today to be nearby.    Luckily, they don't have to pay the high prices for the seats.

The markets climbed Monday as a most likely hungover population dragged itself away from leftover chicken wings and back to the working world following the Superbowl. The Seahawks won, Bad Bunny put on quite a party celebrating Puerto Rican, Latin American, and general western hemisphere pride, while AI ads confused people everywhere.
