I still have numerous sellers waiting for the snow to melt before they put their home on the market

We are  sitting with approximately 12 inches of snow here in Columbus and Central Ohio. I have two homes going on the market this week that I pushed back a week or so do the snow. I have three or 4 others that are just kind of waiting it out until the snow breaks. I guess I can't blame them as I'm wondering how much activity I really get when people have to go through 12 inches of snow to see a home. I hope the weather is better in your area than it is here!
