February Challenge: Let's Showcase Barbara Todaro
The Challenge for February has members posting blogs about ActiveRain members that have left their mark on the platform.
The challenge is hosted by Patricia Feager and Lew Corcoran.

As a member that has been here a while I do have fond memories of the posts and meetings had with Barbara Todaro.
Barbara was a wealth of information on marketing and was known for her work in matching the right expanse of land with the right builder and then allowing them to let her sell the tracts.
She was also keen on marketing here subdivisions in her Franklin, MA area using print advertising.
She had skills with getting her name in front of buyers and this also led to her getting the sales as well.
Each of her posts was full of knowledge and for those of us that tried some of her techniques, especially in subdivisions seeking resales, it proved to be effective. I used her mailing guidelines for a couple of the 55+ sites in my area and had good success.

For one of the Meet-ups that were done with encouragement of ActiveRain, I went to Foxboro. MA to the stadium club and attended a meet-up with the gang up there, Barbara as well.
They were great events, and in person Barbara was as energetic as she presented herself in her posts.
Barbara and her daughter Tammy, also came down to a Meet-up in Hartford and again it was a fine time with the joviality as spirited as one would have expected of tight family members.
Always with a smile on her face and offering here sage wisdom, she was a force and well followed and respected within the community.
Unfortunately, health forced her to take a step back and she has been missed often by those that knew her.
Here mind was always working, and I'm convinced she would have continued to flourish incorporating the new marketing technology in her own special way.
