Happy Wednesday, and not-so-wordless, but had to share this photo of The Lagoon of the Seven Cities Sao Miguel Island in the Azores.  I will have to wait to see the Azores until I get my passport back.  Once I get into Portugal, I have to go to the Immigration Office and produce more paperwork, and could take up to 4 months for completion.  At that time, I will be able to jump on planes and travel to all the locations on my MUST SEE this!

Joan Cox, Retired Broker/Owner oh boy... that's a long time! I've sent in my passport for visas to different countries like Russia, Saudi Arabia... but always had them back within a week. I still always hated waiting that week.
I see that moving to another country takes time and has a process. Interesting ;)

It's about time for me to get a new passport. Haven't needed one in a while, but retirement is just around the corner.

I had relatives from Sao Miguel Island in the Azores, and I was lucky enough to be able to visit the island in 2012. What a beautiful place!
