Here’s what we’re seeing so far this year:

909 properties sold
Average List Price: $401,689 Average Sale Price: $313,549
Avg. Days on Market: 120 (range 170)
Homes currently on the market: 4,269

What this means: Inventory is healthy, and homes are still selling—but buyers are taking more time and being more selective. The homes that are priced right and show well are the ones getting the strongest activity.
