It is time for the annual Strawberry Festival at Brownwood Paddock Square! The event is held from February 20th and the 22nd. This is a fun time but come early as it is well attended! I don’t have enough room to describe all that will be happening that weekend so you should Google it and read all the details. I will try to summarize, 6 bands, Lumberjack Show, Pie Eating Contest, Speed Painter, 75 Market Vendors, 9 Food Vendors, and a special drink Strawberry Daiquiri. But wait there is more, a Kid’s Zone featuring Paint a Rock, Face Painting by Clown Alley, Carnival Games and more.
Some of the local talent will be on display with a some of our Resident Performing Groups. On the site they list Prime Time Twirlers and Sweet and Sassy and might be more. This is one of the events in The Villages you don’t want to miss!
