Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate serves the Tallahassee Florida Metropolitan Area and more important to me is that Fred serves you and I with the excellent wisdom he shares with us right here on Active Rain.
First let me say that I think Fred would make a good Detective Joe Friday: "All we want are the facts, ma'am". Fred always tells it like it is.
I never questioned where this wisdom comes from but in writing this post I found that Fred is an ordained Pentecostal minister and it only makes sense that Fred Griffin is also a recognized public speaker. Personally I would love to hear Fred deliver a sermon or speak on any topic at all. I'd like Fred to get involved with our Tuesday Zoom calls as He is a featured presenter at the Tallahassee Board of Realtors annual Technology Forum. He has taught classes and led sessions at the Florida Association of Realtors Annual Convention in Orlando, Florida. Fred has hosted forums and given speeches at Real Estate and Business Seminars in Tallahassee, Orlando, Sarasota, and Atlanta.
Fred has worked with Buyers and Sellers of Florida Real Estate since 1985. A Florida Native (Venice/Sarasota County), Fred began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker, then worked with Century 21 and then Fred opened his own real estate company in 1993.
Talk about being well qualified as a Realtor Fred is a former member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, the Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors, MLS Advantage, the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and My Florida Regional MLS.
Another fun fact I found through Fred's bios is that he is a PADI Certified Open Water Scuba diver. What I did not find, even after a Google and AI search is what do the letters PADI stand for (a little help here Fred).
Fred is another Active Rainer that I've never met and I don't remember visiting with on the phone either BUT I feel as close to Fred as a brother. Fact is, we ARE brothers in Christ.
