The purpose for this month's Challenge: February 2026 - AR Member Appreciation Month is to honor one member (or up to four members) before midnight on February 28, EST. Today, I am honoring Ken Semler. His first post was written on November 29, 2025, followed by 23 blog posts in December, 2025. In January he wrote 30 blog posts, including a presentation on Zoom.
Ken, thank you for your new membership to ActiveRain. It's not easy to jump into a group already established and make a grand entrance to people, you don't even know. Nonetheless, you jumped in with both feet making a grand entrance, not with boastful confidence but with a purpose to educate and share what your business has to offer. For this reason, I wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and passion for Modular Home Construction. Your thorough explanations about the process, its significance, and its ability to transform the industry have truly deepened my understanding and appreciation. I am grateful for the clarity and insight you bring; it’s clear that modular is not just a building technique, but a powerful solution for the future of housing.
Being a member of ActiveRain requires certain responsibilities. Every Business Owner and Member on ActiveRain wants to know Who, What, When, and Why about business owners. I was impressed with you from the start. Building any type of business starts from the ground up by building a foundation to explain what you have to offer, and how it can benefit others – especially those in the Real Estate Industry. What I appreciate is that you are not begging for business. Plus, you’re not an ordinary builder. You’re educating AR Members who are reading, writing, and commenting on Blog Posts! I was very impressed how quickly you got involved in writing excellent blog posts, including saying YES to the weekly Zoom Meetings, by sharing what type of business you own to help real estate agents know about building choices. Effectively, you continue to answer questions, and write detailed blog posts, that include:
