Celebrating Our Weekly ActiveRain Zoom Family ☔

The dedication to keep the zoom meetings coming with industry talent is commendable, Debe Maxwell, CRS. I have had the pleasure of presenting and enjoy the participation and sense of humor of those who tune in. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn, broadening the knowledge base! Thank you for being ever so consistent and for the mention. 

Debe Maxwell, CRS - I am grateful for your second entry that truly means a lot to you. The founders of AR ZOOM Meetings, and those behind the scenes who this weekly meeting wouldn't take place if people weren't showing up, deserve special recognition. This blog post tells all!

The inspiration you get from members like the Cast of Characters you shared in your realistic and extraordinary Graphic with name plates for easy identification is excellent! Then, there is the creative inspiration you received from Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! Of course, the behind-the-scenes people like Craig Daniels and the person who writes weekly posts consistently, George Souto - they do the heavy lifting to promote the Zoom meetings and welcome guests. All this work equals: Success! Dedication! Commitment! Interviews for Speakers and Presenters! And of course, it works successfully because of Consistency!

Anything and everything we do in business has to include Quality! Thank you, Debe, for being the finest Orchestrator and Conductor who keeps these Zoom meetings ongoing with enthusiasm, smiles, humor, and good resources for excellent presentations. Your second entry, Debe is packed with POWER and LOVE of INNOVATION to keep ActiveRain running smoothly. Involvement is key success and you do that so well. 

Hi Debe- I agree with you...trying to choose only four for this month's challenge is difficult.  What began in 2020 has grown and "morphed" into much more than "coffee with friends during Covid." We've learned about all manner of topics and we've learned about each other. 

Thank YOU for what you do.

Love love love that caricature! It would be great to someday get all those people in one place in person and take a photo with us all in the same positions! It's been a blast, and will continue to be, to be involved in our weekly calls, and that includes behind the scenes, as a participant and as a speaker. What a fun event - I'm glad Marie had the idea years ago! And thank you for including me in the post!

I agree with Bob "RealMan" Timm that photo with the characters is quite outstanding!  On a different note, I have been enjoying the text message exchanges I have been having with "Red Snapper", although they have all been during losses for my team, haha.  I might have to cut him off, perhaps he is bringing bad luck to my team, even though he seems to be rooting my team on, haha.

Hi Debe... in any organization there are always those "unsung heroes" who deserve recognition. And you knocked it out of the park with this appreciation post.

Debe Maxwell, CRS How sweet to recognize all the members who make Zoom so special. Maybe I could get a caricature too, just for being here since the beginning. I know I take the summers off, but that's me. I love my pool and swimming -- 100 days until the pool opens

Debe, I wish I could make more of the Zoom meetings, but most Tuesdays I have a couple of conflicting appointments, but every time I can make it, I always pick up some good tips and enjoy seeing everyone there.
