Good Monday Morning to You All!
As we get ready in a few days to close out the 2nd month of '26....my mind is racing wondering how the first 53 days of the year 2026 went by so fast and how can it be day 54 already!?!
It has been a long time since I have blogged and I guess today is the day I finally get back on the blog wagon for Active Rain!
I am down at my favorite coffee shop and pondering life a bit and wondering is it just me that thinks the year is flying by? Knowing that Grandma McCann was definitely right back in the late 1980's when she told my wife and I to enjoy each day...that the "years will fly by"!
Every single day I ask our Lord...(yes, I do believe)...to protect my family and friends and those I do not know...which includes just about everyone I think. I wish I had a better track record as so many have tough situations every day.
The coffee I am drinking and the fruit bowl I am munching on is wonderful and the staff at Kitt's Calico Coffee is amazing!

I actually really do recommend that you find your favorite go to Coffee shop or other place that you can make contact with other folks in your neck of the woods!
And guess what? If you do a bit of socializing while there...you might just meet some major future business while writing a blog or sipping a hot or cold brew!
(Did you notice in the photo above that I am sitting close to the cash register where everyone orders? That is truly intentional!)
The owners have referred fantastic listings to me over the past few years that have been awesome additions to my portfolio! Business is all over if you look and ask!
Well....it is time to quit blabbing and start getting on with my work week!
