This month's challenge to show our appreciation of our fellow AR Members hosted by Patricia Feager and Lew Corcoran.
Years ago we had plenty of active members who interacted and shared their knowledge with us daily. Today we have several who were very active and we visited their blogs every day to see what they had to say! It was worthwhile! It wasn't a copy and paste, it came from their hearts and minds!
Lou Ludwig
Lou was a motivational speaker and mentor you could count on. You could apply his expertise to your life when you saw his blog. He always interacted with our posts and commented daily as well. You could count on him! Sadly, I never got to meet him. His last post was 12/13/17.
Grant Schneider
Grant was a business coach to either get you organized, get you going when times get tough, or help you achieve long-term success. He WANTED you to succeed, and always had some excellent ideas for all of us to utilize in our business. He, too, was interactive with all of us! Sadly, another member I never met. His last post was 12/27/22.
John McCormack
This one was especially hard for me, as I never heard he passed. I had been to Albuquerque for the International Balloon Festival and met with Debbie and John for dinner. SUCH a lovely couple. When I heard, I called Debbie right away to see what happened, and had a lovely conversation. I still miss the posts of his listings and watching what they were doing in life. His last post was of one of his new listings and was on 11/16/23.
Lottie Kendall
Lottie was always full of energy, walking all over San Francisco, taking photos of gorgeous buildings, and of course, all the beautiful listings she advertised! She shared her kindness, her upbeat personality, her expertise, and her integrity. She had the bug to travel, and always loved all of her adventures. Had she not posted on her trip to Machu Picchu, I probably wouldn't have gone. It was so beautiful. Her last post was 1/21/21.
I know I am forgetting many, but these four members I interacted with almost daily, and SURE miss them!
This is my 2nd entry for this month's challenge.
