I always enjoy planning things out way in advance, so I am happy that this year others wanted to as well. Our San Diego Meetup is set for Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Pillbox in Solana Beach.

I always look forward to seeing Jeff Dowler, CRS, Thomas J. Nelson, REALTOR ® CRS,ABR,PSA,RCS-D, CFSP, Sandy Padula & Norm Padula, JD, GRI, John DL Arendsen, John Pusa, and Michael Jacobs. If there are others who would like to join us, I would certainly enjoy that as well. I think that Carol Williams said that she might be in the area in December, so she can put this date on her calendar now! If you know of anyone in the San Diego area, or someone willing to make the drive to Solana Beach for the day, please feel free to tag them in the comments, or let me know, and I will reach out to them and extend a personal invite.
