There Would Not Be Any Room In Mine

We have a large upright freezer in our house but there would not be room for a snowman in it even if we removed the shelves. Carol keeps it pretty well stocked.

With that in mind I have to tell her to make room for...

some Bison when I get home today. I did a mortgage signing today for a Bison rancher and I committed us to a quarter consisting mostly of steak and burgers.

If you are interested in trying Bison I can give him your name and you can visit about a package. He did say that they often send out "sampler" packages.

As a certified signing agent I get to meet a lot of interesting people... just like I did as a Real Estate Broker. Usually the people I meet are buying homes a thousand miles away so todays signing was fun and unique.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. When I was married with children I had a deep freezer. We kept a supply of beef and steaks. I no longer eat meat. I like your photograph of the Bison - good for you for doing a mortgage signing!

Thank you from both Timmothy and I Patricia Feager . During our marriage we have had each a small chest type of deep freeze and an upright. They are handy for veggies and frozen dinners as well as meat.

I love Timmothy's cartoon of the day. There is a Bison ranch not far from Wenatchee. I've often been curious about ordering from them, but never have.

Thanks Wayne Martin . I have had Bison as well and it was good too. I've been told you need to take care in preparing it or it can be too dry.

A second refrigerator would be handy Ed Silva, 203-206-0754 , especially when we need to defrost the big freezer. As it is we make sure we do that chore during the winter when the entire outdoors is one big freezer.

Bison has become a more common meat due to its health properties being lower in fat generally than beef. That said we don't eat red meat that often.

Good morning Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 , I just came off of the carnivore diet. It was interesting and at first I lost about 10 pounds BUT even though I was sticking to it the weight started coming back. I quit because I missed many foods like pizza and baked potatoes.

I do not eat meat. That being said, bison is a much healthier alternative to beef. Nice post.
