Hi Carla... when we were deciding where to live in North Carolina we looked at Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill. At that time Cary was not what it's grown to be today and no agent even took us there. Of course, that's kind of the same thing with the Ballantyne area here in Charlotte. We were discouraged from looking here. Three years after we moved to Charlotte, I built a house in Ballantyne. Then I built another and we've lived in Ballantyne now for 25 years.

Yes, Cary has changed so much. Some people find it hard to believe it wasn't that long ago that Cary was a bedroom town. Now it is a vibrant thriving destination.
