Sunday Reset Ideas

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Realty Concierge International MA #9535680 RI#REB0019277

Things to do on Sunday for a more productive week!

  • Make a list of everything you need to do. Then, complete tasks that will take 15 minutes or less.
  • Review your calendar
  • Make plan to work on any upcoming projects throughout the week
  • Plan your wardrobe (check the weather first!)
  • Check your bank account
  • Take a look at your budget or make one!
  • Go through your emails so that you have zero unread, reply to any emails you need, and unsubscribe to spam.
  • Make your to-do list for Monday
  • Clean your space
  • Do laundry
  • Make a meal plan
  • Plan a grocery shop day
  • Spend some time on self-care
  • Go to bed early

A well-planned and thoughtfully prepared week lays the foundation for success, turning intentions into actions and actions into achievements.

Have a great week!

Hello Kelly - I have long been a list-maker.  And that practice includes a lot of "carryover" from each day.

Good morning, Kelly... that sure does make for a very busy Sunday. What happened to the day of rest? :)

The list doesn't take all day, and by making it, I can rest much easier.

I did not see WATCH A BASEBALL GAME on the list. I find this strategy very productive.

Watching baseball must be your way of practicing self-care! Self-care looks different for everyone :)  I love a good DateLine or 48 Hours mystery.

That's a good list.  I did some of those things yesterday, and some of those things I actually do on a daily basis, haha.

Good morning Kelly. Great list for those still active. As for this retired guy, things move slower now and I must admit there are some advantages.
