LIFE is a TEST
Who likes quizzes, exams or tests? Homework? Excessive study? Hard work? The fact is that sometimes, more often than not, we are tested to see how bad we want something. It applies to all subject matters too. How far will you go to get?
CONSIDER LONELINESS
At some point, early on, during or when matured (grown), we want, crave & desire a companion, someone to share & go through life with. The power of wanting the company of another to enjoy, help or just have is strong. It pulls & pushes. There is pain of not having as well as a pain to have. The stronger pain prevails is the rule
A DEGREE
The thought of getting & having an education that results in a degree makes sense. When you apply legs to it, the fantasy flees & reality takes its place. It takes time, money, effort often with challenges & difficulties. How bad do you want it?
A JOB
If you can or could only get that dream job or job of choice, your entire life would make more sense & pay off in more ways than one. You see others succeeding so why not you? You apply & get turned down; you don't even get an interview. Does the dream job go away, or do you go away? Someone has to have it. Why not you?
A NEW CAR
Now this requires doing some income & qualification math plus long-term planning & considerations. Just wanting something for the having of it sake, does not hold for anything. Serious questions with equal answers must visit. Go & get it
BUYING A HOME
Long before I purchased a home, I thought about it in a most positive way but always in a state of, it is out of my reach & that went on for some time. The pluses visit, reasons increase, & the moment of having it or not approaches. What to do?
POINTS WITH PURPOSE
What I am illustrating is the principal of "how bad do you want it" & that question, together with the answer, drives it all. Remember, dreams don't fail, people do. We call failure by many names, but success has only one name called result. Simplify
THE TESTING IN YOUR FACE
When you go from dreamland to reality, i.e. the going about of the getting of whatever you set your mind to, right along side by side comes fear, doubt, confusion, stories, defeat, procrastination, blame, feeling sorry for yourself & about 25 more items that all say, when interpreted: NO, you cannot have this or that
OUR RESPONSE IS CRUCIAL
Don't be tempted to argue but instead, become more focused, determined & begin a search for answer & solutions that will come but will not come if you just give-up. You see everything out there is obtainable, reachable & doable plus the proof surrounds you as in everyone else is doing it. That reasoning holds up.
HERE'S HOPE
I will let you in on a secret that everyone discovered who prevailed. Just when you decide, approach or activate the dream-want or need, the proof that it is yours is, that all negativity, doom & discouragement manifests itself via people, dark forces & even your own ego, who likes comfort zones & playing it safe. Ignore all that. What's yours is at hand. Prepare to accept it & it will be so
WORTHY NOTE: Doubting Thomas visiting with you? Here is the test. We were not put here to be defeated, denied, robbed or stopped. If so, we would all be gone by now. The test holds! The truer test? HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?
