Great reminder that March planning can directly influence how a home presents during the peak spring market. Early blooms add instant warmth, color, and a sense of care that buyers notice before they even step inside.

Simple landscaping steps like flowering trees, bulbs, fresh mulch, and clean walkways can strengthen curb appeal without major expense. These small improvements often help listings photograph better, attract more showings, and create stronger first impressions.

Seasonal preparation on the exterior is just as important as interior staging. Thoughtful planting now can make a meaningful difference by Memorial Day, when buyer activity is typically at its highest.

That makes sense to me, but I know that since I don't have a green thumb at all, nothing is likely to thrive under my care when it comes to planting things in the garden, haha.
