This buyer has purchased and sold 5 properties with me in the last 10 years.

He was in Europe for the past year, and the contract he was on finished up...so I got the call to start looking.

The home we found was a well priced VA foreclosure (built in 2022) in Palm Bay, FL.  It appraised for 330k...but we negotiated it down to 284k!!!!!
