Total available listings gained 6.2% for the week ending March 7, 2026, from the same period of time in March of 2025.

Time on the market increased 4 days for the week ending March 7, 2026, from the same period of time in March of 2025.

Median listing prices decreased 2.4% for the week ending March 7, 2026, from the same period of time in March of 2025.

New listing in the market higher 1.5% for the week ending March 7, 2026,  from the same period of time in March of 2025.
