John Pusa - Good luck selling short sales. I was hoping they wouldn't come back. But I'm not surprised. Helping homeowners under water and needing to sell with an agent who knows the ropes and how to do successful short sales is the owners best shot to prevent foreclosure.

John Pusa will do a great job for sellers who are in need.

I never enjoy seeing an increase in the foreclosure rate since that always tells me that people are struggling.
