When the bakery originally opened about 15 years ago they were called The Candy Bouquet. Over the years they evolved into a luncheon and renamed themselves Cookies For You. They are a wonderful place to sit downtown and enjoy coffee, a cookie, or a simple lunch.
There is nothing outstanding about their ambience or service so just stop in and focus on having a good cookie.
My GF is the cookie monster. How she is able to eat them and not gain weight is a mystery.

Good morning Bob. When we lived in downtown Chicago, we would go to an old Italian Bakery for fresh bread and cookies. They were so popular that people would double park for a whole block. If I lived in Minot it would be my coffee shop. Enjoy your day.

There are several bakeries in Minot BUT this one is about 6 doors down from my office so that makes it my favorite Kat Palmiotti 😊. It seems that all the bakeries we have in Minot "specialize" in one area of baking. I remember as a kid going into small town bakeries where they had everything and it smelled so wonderful.

Inna Ivchenko I still love warm chocolate chip but a fresh date cookie is also good. I don't think I've ever had a bad cookie there.
