Good morning Nina. If I lived in your area you could count me in. I like nonfiction but Roy Kelley has me reading fiction and with 25 stores to tour I could get easily lost in the aisles. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin good morning, Wayne... I love book stores. But I don't expect to have time to wander in many until I retir.

I thought the same thing. When I was active I didn't have the time either. Now I do and even reading fiction thanks to a poke by Roy Kelley.

Good morning, Roy... while I'm working, I don't have time to hang out in book stores... maybe once I retire.

I once loved going to the book store, even the big ones like B&N, but I rarely go in anymore. This would be fun.

Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty good morning, Jeff... I'm just happy in a bookstore... it can be Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, a small local shop. Just so long as I can look at books. I miss the big bookstores that were on Fifth Avenue many years ago.

Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 I so agree, Sheila. Too many book stores have disappeared over the years... both independent stores and chains.

Although I am not a book reader Nina Hollander, Broker this sounds like a wonderful community event. I am an avid reader, but I prefer to read current events. When I go to the library I can sit and read 3 or 4 newspapers and not be bored.

Bob "RealMan" Timm hi Bob... current events are all around us... can't get away from them or hearing about them. I want to get lost in good stories and writing.

C. S. Lewis is the only author (aside from God's book) that has held my attention long enough to make it through a whole book and even with that I keep thinking: "I could write a book better than this"

Bob "RealMan" Timm I write well but I know I don't write well enough to write novels.

Nina, do you buy your books, or go to the Library?    I don't read very much (that soon will change), but usually buy mine.   Probably in Portugal, may not find books in English.   May have to see if I can find out.

Joan Cox, Retired Broker/Owner hi Joan. I buy my books. Books used to be very expensive in Europe when I lived there and English language bookstores few and far between. I used to buy up a supply when I was in the USA and bring them back with me. I don't know why they would be less expensive today. You might look into using a kindle device to read when overseas.

Hi Nina- This is the kind of event I could get behind!  We have to support our bookstores and encourage reading for everyone.

Kathy Streib yes, to both! The younger kids are when they are encouraged to read the more they will be invested in reading throughout their lives.

Good afternoon Nina Hollander, Broker ,

Dorie Dillard Austin TX hi Dorie... I love bookstores, as well. Such a shame that so many of them, both chain and independent, have closed down.
