I was out in Legacy recently walking a few Perry Homes that are currently being built, and these are the types of homes that tend to get picked up quickly.
These quick move-in homes are different from starting a build from scratch. In many cases, you can:
- Move in sooner
- Lock in current pricing
- Skip long construction timelines
- Still get a brand-new home
The catch is…inventory like this doesn’t sit long, especially in communities like Legacy where demand is strong.
Walking these homes while they’re still being built gives you a huge advantage. You can see the layout, the structure, and how everything is coming together before it’s finished and listed everywhere.
