Some buyers aren’t just browsing communities — they’re already zeroing in on specific floorplans.
I was out in Meridiana recently walking through the Highland Homes Panamera plan, and this is one that comes up a lot for buyers looking for a balance of space, layout, and functionality.
What stands out right away with this plan is how it flows. It’s designed in a way that feels open, but still gives you separation where you need it — especially between the main living areas and secondary bedrooms.
As you walk through, a few things really become clear:
- How the main living space connects to the kitchen and dining
- The overall scale of the rooms in real life (not just on paper)
- How natural light comes into the home depending on the lot
- Whether the layout actually fits how you live day-to-day
A lot of buyers make decisions based on floorplans online, but walking it — or even seeing it on video — gives you a much better feel for how it actually lives.
I filmed a full walkthrough of the Panamera plan here (worth watching if this is one you’re considering):

If you’re comparing builders or want to see how homes are built before drywall, here are a couple walkthroughs from Midline:

And if you're just starting your search and looking at communities, this will help you understand how Midline is laid out before visiting model homes:

If you're out of town or trying to narrow things down before visiting in person, I can walk and film any home or floorplan for you so you can see exactly how it looks and feels.
