Fresh Brewed Coffee & Closing Docs!
At sunrise, that first sip of freshly brewed coffee hits my brain, slowly clearing the fog, bringing focus, making way for the day. Early hours are spent reviewing final, necessary documents, new listing docs, checking emails and texts, making calls.
The closing appointment at the title office with clients is set. We meet, paperwork is signed, with smiles all around. An indication that clients are very pleased with their decision. Happy buyers mean sweet success, confirming that I also did my part.
Upon walking to my car, the blue skies suddenly seem brighter, warm, sunny rays dance about my skin, a slight breeze tickles my nose with sweet, honeysuckle scents.
Other things that make my day as a real estate agent in Southern Utah?
The knowing looks of clients smiling
faces when they cross the threshold
into their dream home for the first time.
Driving through Snow Canyon State Park
and other red rock canyons between showings
on cooler days with the windows down.
As the work day ends, watching the sunset
vividly paint the desert cliffs in fiery oranges, yellows
and reds after a successful listing appointment.
Nothing beats a genuine THANK YOU from homebuyers who depend on me to make good decisions. There's also a quiet satisfaction of handing over the keys, knowing I'm helping people plant roots in this beautiful place called Southern Utah!
