What Does "Full MLS Exposure" Actually Mean?

Thinking about selling your Florida home without a traditional agent?

Before you list, you need to understand the most powerful marketing tool in real estate — the Multiple Listing Service....the MLS.

In this video, we break down exactly what full MLS exposure means for real estate sellers, especially For-Sale-By-Owner sellers:

What the MLS is and why it matters

How your listing automatically syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Homes.com, and hundreds more

How buyer's agents use the MLS to find homes for their clients — and why being on it is non-negotiable

How FSBO sellers can access the same exposure as traditionally listed homes — without paying full commission

You don't have to give up visibility to save money.  As a Florida FSBO seller, you can have it all.

Getting maximum exposure for the sellers is achieved with first getting on the MLS. If the seller this the fees paid to a professional are excessive in most instances the agent will always get the seller more money and handle all the stress as well.
