The week has been a flurry of real estate activity. You know the expression, "When it rains, it pours"? That is true for this week, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I've been busy helping a seller get his house on the market in my neighborhood. I am always appreciative when neighbors call me to sell their home.
The seller and I have been busy scheduling landscapers, cleaners, window washers, etc. so the photographer can come Friday for photos. We want this home LIVE on the market by the weekend.
This property is on the golf course, so I asked another neighbor who owns a drone to take a photo for me. As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words".

Don't you just love this view? Wouldn't it be great to watch golfers from your four-season sunroom?
This home WILL be ready in the morning for photos. My yard signs and lockbox are in the car ready to be installed. Patio furniture, the welcome mat, and fresh ferns are in place. As I told the seller, it's getting real!
