Good morning and hello there again from Tim in beautiful Cottage Grove, Minnesota, where it has warmed up to 64 degrees...spring is here! Hope this email finds you having a great Monday and had a amazing weekend. Wanted to share Tim's Time Outs with you again.
BEGINNINGS:
Today can be a turning point, the beginning of a bright new life. It is NEVER to late to begin again. I will make efforts today to set matters straight in my life.
It is not too late for me to make amends, to forgive(forgive others or myself) and let go. The past is just that...the past. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I smile as I imagine the possibilities that today brings and what lies before me.
Today I will stretch my thinking and feeling as I test out new ways of behaving, reacting to others and situations, new ways of expressing myself. I take risks confidently, knowing that I don't have to change everything or change everybody overnight. It's not TOO LATE for me to relieve every burden and enter this day with a new beginning and spirit. TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE!
