That's a hard one for some people to understand, but it is factual that people will gain more money in their pocket if they have a good agent do it for them than them doing it themselves, haha.

John, yes, hiring a knowledgeable agent/broker is well worth the time and effort. They can save you tons of money if you listen and follow their advice.
