Standout: The Ben Kjar Story
What I thought would be just another mini-convention for the Washington County Board of Realtors yesterday, turned into one of the most memorable meetings I’ve had in years. After the Pledge of Allegiance, the Board President introduced the speaker.
No one could have predicted how deeply Ben Kjar’s story would resonate. Born with Crouzon Syndrome, a rare craniofacial condition, he was told from an early age that his future would look different from others. Rather than accept that, he wrote his own story.
