Total available listings gained 4.3% for the week ending April 11, 2026, from the same period of time in April of 2025.

Time on the market increased 2 days for the week ending April 11, 2026, from the same period of time in April of 2025.

Median listing prices decreased 1.2% for the week ending April 11, 2026, from the same period of time in April of 2025.

New listing in the market higher 0.4% for the week ending April 11, 2026, from the same period of time in April of 2025.
