This Is Where Buyers Mess Up

Falling in love with a home before getting pre-approved.

It feels exciting… until reality taps the brakes. Without pre-approval, you could miss out on the home you want, face delays, or worse—find out it’s not actually within reach. That dream home can slip away while you’re still getting your finances in order.

The good news? This is completely avoidable. A little preparation upfront puts you in control, strengthens your offer, and helps you move fast when it matters most.

Thinking about buying? Let’s make sure you’re ready before you fall in love—connect with a trusted real estate professional for a smooth, confident experience.

Sherry Laursen in my opinion a Realtor/Agent is well worth every penny of their commission for these and several other reasons.

Excited buyers are sometimes hard to hold back when they fall in love with a house before they are pre-approved.  Always better to play it safe and prequalify before you show.
