I received a prospect call today from a visitor who discovered my blog on Active Rain and I just wanted to thank the AR community for helping to make that happen!
When I first started staging real estate in Lexington KY, I was the only home stager in the area (or at least, the only one with a web presence and listed in the phone book). As home staging has become more widely known in the Lexington KY area, quite a few other stagers have hung up their shingles, but thanks to Active Rain, my web presence is still fantastic, despite the competition, and now that more and more people are searching for home stagers, I'm starting to see great results from my AR efforts. I just finished staging and listing another home in Lexington KY and the owners of that home found me online as well -- in large part due to the exposure I've received on Active Rain.
It seems that all my ramblings about home staging are finally getting through to people! Thank you fellow Active Rainer's!
