Do you want success? Help others succeed. Do you want good friends? Be a good friend. Do you want the respect of your peers? Respect them. In life, what we send out is what comes back to us. Smile at a stranger; in most cases, they smile back.
Focus on uplifting, appreciating, and helping others with no agenda, and soon others will be looking for ways to uplift, appreciate, and help you. The real key is no agenda. We all know people who are nice to us when they are trying to get something from us; this never works. On the other hand, we gravitate towards those people who have no agenda other than helping others. If you want success, beyond money, then spend your time helping others.
