In case you missed the Spanish Nuns Story that helped save GIANT rabbits, above is the link. I've captured the highlights below. I found it to be very inspiring, and I hope you will too!

A group of nuns discovered that rabbits, growing up to 20 pounds were due for extinction. For the past 30 years, the rabbit caregivers from the Convent of St. Anthony of Padua in Spain have made it their mission to save the rabbits - one rabbit at a time. Each rabbit can produce about 22 babies per month, but not all bunnies will live. With divine intercession and with dedication to save the rabbits, the holy nuns, devoted to St. Francis, have helped the Giant Rabbits to continue populating. There is a picture of a Giant Rabbit being petted by a nun in the link provided. The images I posted were created with Gemini AI.
According to historical documents, "During the Spanish Civil War, when reliable food sources for families and orphanages were scarce, farms in Asturias, Madrid and Valencia raised around 300 breeding female Spanish giant rabbits to help feed those in need."
This got me thinking about all the people who were saved during the Spanish Civil War, thanks to Giant Rabbits! So, what can we do for conservation efforts for wildlife? Also, have you heard of other inspiring stories to spread the word that there really are good people in this world who are doing their fair share to make a difference to prove that good stewardship works.
