It’s such a joy to sell a fantastic home twice! I first sold this property in 2019 to a newly married couple with no kids. They spent seven years enjoying the two-bedroom home, complete with a huge yard and an in-ground pool. Two children later, needing more space, they reached out to me to sell and find their next home—and that’s exactly what we did!
We closed on the home where their family began and immediately wrapped up the deal on the townhouse, they’ll continue their journey in. I’m so excited for them!
